The feedback has inspired a whole range of new features and improvements. Agile CRM is now not only the first CRM to include cross-channel marketing automation, but our open beta release also features a remarkable range of click-and-play plugins and integrations with third party apps and sites, from Zendesk to Wufoo and Telephony systems such as Twilio. Don’t waste any more time or money trying to build or add on overly complicated software to address billing issues, help desk queries, or any other logistical matter.
