Sort Contacts by Date Last Contacted

As our users here at Agile CRM continue to rapidly grow their customer bases, we’ve added a bunch of new filters and sort options for contacts in the Agile dashboard. In addition to real-time alerts and email reports about contact activity, it’s now easy to sort and filter your entire contact list using a wide variety of criteria. Thanks to user feedback, we’ve also added an option to filter and sort contacts by date last contacted.

Sorting contacts by the date your sales and marketing team last contacted them is particularly useful when you want to make sure that leads never slip through the cracks or you want to keep close tabs on telephone calls and emails with contacts or get a quick update on where you stand with contacts in a particular campaign. “Last Contacted” refers to the most recent date that you sent the contact an email message (automatically or manually) or called them with telephony integration in Agile CRM.

Filter Contacts by Date Last Contacted

In addition to using filters such as Campaign Status and Star Value to filter your contacts, you can now filter by date Last Contacted. You can choose a particular date, date set (to find leads last contacted between a particular set of dates), or date limit (to find leads leads last contacted before or after a particular date).

Sort by Last Contacted

To sort contacts by date last contacted, login to your Agile CRM dashboard and click on the Contacts tab. From the sorting drop-down menu on the upper right, go to Sort By > Contacted Date. You can sort all of your contacts or choose to sort only those contacts that fit your selected filters (ie. remember to “clear all” filters if you want to sort all of your CRM contacts by date last contacted). As with all sort options in the contact view, you can easily switch between ascending and descending orders.
