Agile CRM featured in ‘The Hindu’

2016 has seen some exciting new times for Agile CRM. From moving to Our New Office to adding multiple new features to our product, we are on an acceleration mode. A key highlight of this quarter was our press coverage in The Hindu.

As a brief insight, The Hindu is an English-language Indian daily newspaper started in 1878 and is the second most circulated English-language newspaper in India. The Hindu has its largest base of circulation in southern India, and is the most widely read English daily newspaper in the Indian states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

In the article aptly titled Agile CRM’s Success Story: Small Budgets, Big Results, the journalist drove home the point – our steady success over two years. With a tête-à-tête with our CEO, Manohar Chapalamadugu, the interview focused on how Agile CRM came about. Manohar was quoted saying, “I was fortunate to have worked in startups that had a strong vision. I was sure to come up with my idea and sell it to people rather than sitting and writing codes for hours.” Many experts believe that CRM and marketing automation are the future. This vision is clearly believed and applied by Manohar.

The article explored on how we are able to analyse behaviour-specific interactions with customers. Manohar went on to say “If one user spends more time on a page than the other, we may have a recommendation in accordance to that.”

Many thought it was not possible to build a million-dollar company in such a short time. But Agile CRM clearly shows it can be done and how! Today, with over 6,500 businesses as our clients, we have reached an important stage in our journey. Click here to read the article.
