Klout Integration Features
Klout is a website and mobile app that uses social media analytics to rank its users according to online social influence via the “Klout Score”, which is a numerical value between 1 and 100, with higher scores corresponding to a higher ranking of the breadth and strength of one’s online social influence.
With the Klout Score in the CRM:
- You can now identify the social influence for each of the contacts on your list.
- You can evaluate prospective candidates, reach out to them and position your product/service optimally.
So enable your Klout widget and get a better understanding of your clients and plan your outreach accordingly to make a smart business move.
Setting Up Klout Integration:
You need an Agile CRM account and a Twitter account to set up Klout integration in Agile CRM. Once Klout is integrated, the widget will automatically appear on contact pages in the CRM. Twitter integration needs to be enabled for Klout to get the Klout score.
To activate the plugin, follow these steps:
- Login to your Agile CRM account
- Go to Preferences > Widgets
- Select the Social tab and click Add under Klout widget
- Enable the Widget
