But who helps you stay on top of your meetings and deadlines? Agile CRM’s email reminders are here to help. We’re pleased to announce that the system now automatically alerts you by email 10 minutes before the start of events in your Agile calendar.
The calendar feature is an easy way to create, track and manage events. The new email reminders are useful for events such as meetings and calls. Just remember to include a time (and not to check “All day event”) if you want an automatic alert for it.
You can also add tasks to the calendar. Tasks are results-oriented and have a due date but no specific time associated with them. They show up in the left column on the calendar page, and you can easily edit them and move them around with the drag-and-drop project management tool. You can choose whether or not to receive task or event reminders. Just go to Preferences and scroll to the bottom of the ‘Personal Settings’ tab.
