By deciding exactly what you see and how you see it when you log into your CRM dashboard, you can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your workflow and campaigns. Want to focus on tasks and events? No problem. Interested instead on highlighting an expanded view of customized reports and analytics? We’ve got your back.
To access the new dashboard and check out how to customize it using portlets (feature windows), click on the yellow banner that now shows up at the top of your current dashboard (yourcompany.agilecrm.com or yourcompany.agilecrm.com/#dashboard). The banner says, ‘Try the new dashboard (beta)’. Here’s the direct URL: yourcompany.agilecrm.com/#portlets.
Customization is an easy process. You can move portlets around the dashboard by dragging-and-dropping their top title bars, and you can change portlet sizes by clicking and dragging their bottom right corners. To delete a portlet (don’t worry, you can always add it again later), just click the ‘X’ on the far right in its title bar.
To add more portlets, just click on ‘+Add Portlet’ in the upper right corner of the new dashboard page, then choose which portlet you’d like to add. (Scroll down to see all the options.)
Once you’ve added a new portlet, you can configure the settings by clicking on the wrench icon on the right side of the portlet’s title bar. You’ll then be able to choose exactly what the portlet displays, such as the duration and frequency filters for a tag graph:
