Manager -HR [Tech] (IN)
The objective is to enable business success through HR management including technology related job design, recruitment, training & development and talent management.
7 to 10 Years with at least 4+ years in the technology/IT space.
- Understand technology requirements, create suitable JDs and ensure skill-set match during the initial sourcing process.
- Manage the selection & recruitment process including pre-offer, offer, background check, on-boarding, exit, FFS, work references check processes
- Report to management to provide decision support using HR metrics.
- Ensure complete legal compliance throughout the HR process.

- Demonstrable experience with various human resources metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, active listening & negotiation with good skills.
- Experience in using office automation tools for communication needs.
PG/Graduate level qualification in Human Resources or related field.
