Customer Success Manager (US/Australia/UK)
- Paid Onboarding: Once a customer makes a payment, they would come to the onboarding team for phone calls and product demo. There will be back to back sessions - 1 hr or 30 mins sessions where you will be handholding the customers answering the questions they have. Videos are there but customers don't look at them and have questions.
- Customer's health: You will also be following up by phone call (2-3 times) welcoming the customer after the payment to see if there is anything we can do to help. Continuous set of tasks get created based on the user profile; the job is to engage and make them fully use the product.
Desired Skills and Experience
- US/Australia/UK Based.
- 5+ Years experience of handling customers.
- Proficiency in SaaS and CRM.
- Understands that customer is king
- Self & quick learner.
