WooCommerce CRM Integration

WooCommerce and Agile CRM are a match made in heaven. While WooCommerce can help you to “sell anything” and manage inventory, shipping and payments, Agile offers a complete sales and marketing suite to engage new visitors and keep known customers coming back for more. The plugin helps you to continually engage every possible type of customer:

eCommerce Pop Up

Random Web Visitors

When a new visitor spends time online in your WooCommerce store, it’s up to you to help them find what they’re looking for and keep them engaged. Agile does all this and more, taking you to the next level with customizable pop-ups and web forms to increase sales, encourage site/newsletter signups and reduce cart abandonment. Set the rules yourself and design your own discounts. From the random web visitor’s point of view, you’re right there with them, offering personalized offers and helpful reminders.

Cross Channel Campaigns

New Customers

It’s a hectic world and in order to keep new customers happy, you need to reach out often and provide your customers with a personalized experience. Agile makes this easier than ever with automated cross-channel campaigns, newsletters, activity tracking and real-time notifications. We even include awesome email templates!

Ecommerce Email Template

Known Customers

Not only do consistent customers help to spread the word about your brand (and tend to leave more and better product reviews), but their repeat purchases can teach you a lot about where you should be focusing your business energy. Customer retention is the name of the game at Agile, with sophisticated shopping metrics and action-based campaigns.

Great that you have chosen to integrate with WooCommerce, BUT you really should add the possibility to tag contacts based on which product they buy. Without that function the plugin is of limited use.

Hi - This sounds great, as I need a way to track the activity of registered uses, who are signed up with regional signup codes (each region has an individual code, multiple users can use the same code, if from a specific region). We have a custom field on the registration page that, allows us to track which area the customer has come from (we market differently to individual areas, and each area is managed by an account manager). will we be able to automatically populate agile with new and existing customers and also import or tag, with the Area code? The idea then being that we can track sales by code (area) Please advise on if this is possible, and how best to set up the intergation with woo and agileCRM many thanks Ellis

Is there a way to grab custom fields from woocommerce along with the standard billing address? I have extra custom fields added to the billing section of the checkout page and I may be missing something... but haven't found a way to have this extra data grabbed on the agile side.

This plugin has stopped working for me... not sure why? It stopped around October 19th, and since then contacts have stopped being added when a new order is created... Help?!

Hi Isaias, Agile CRM does tracking as well as hold the Sales amount information. It's available in notes section against the contact.

Does agile can manage an inventory? I just can't find it. If AgileCRM cannot is there any integration with another platform in order to handle my inventory?

At this time, we do not offer inventory module. However, our roadmap is based on the user feedback. You can add it to our uservoice. https://agilecrmcom.uservoice.com
