New Web Analytics Data Storage Limits

Data is essential. Data is king. But data also takes up space. We believe that your data storage should never have a negative impact on speed or affordability. Agile CRM continues to grow quickly, with SMBs of every variety taking the reigns and riding away toward higher profits and complete customer engagement. We help you get there faster by tracking everything. Our contact-level analytics include web behavior and campaign stats from sales and marketing campaigns. With an eye toward the future, we are implementing a new policy to clean and refresh data storage for you, our valued customers.

Web Tracking in WordPress

Data Storage Policy

We are dedicated to keeping our plans affordable and effective. Starting next month, web stats and campaign logs will be stored for 2 months for free users and 1 year for paid users. This new policy will help establish a sustainable data storage footprint, while maintaining the remarkable speed and ease-of-use that you’ve come to expect from Agile CRM.

Please note that there has NOT been any change to web analytics pricing (free for up to 10k analytics and events; $50 for the next 50k; $150 for the next 500k; and only $249 for the next 1 million). Also, unlike with so many other CRMs, Agile CRM keeps each customer’s data private and separate from other customers’ databases. You will never share a database with other customers!

New to Agile CRM? Check out our Web Analytics page for more info on how we can build contact-level analytics for you, automatically.

Thanks! Can we download these stats so they are not lost when you delete them?

Thanks for writing Peter. It may be a good idea to have the data backed up since downloading the stats is not possible as of now.

Then how do we back up the data? If the data is created in Agile CRM, not downloadable, and gets deleted, I'm unsure how this data can be preserved for later use. Thanks for the help.
