Migrate your contacts easily from Hubspot to Agile with our Data Sync Feature
Have you recently migrated from Hubspot to Agile and found it difficult to move your contacts from one to the other?
Are you worried, that all your existing contacts from Hubspot would be lost in migration?
If you answered yes to the questions above, then this article is going to help you ease your worries. Agile CRM has a quick and easy Data Sync feature to transport all your contacts from Hubspot to the Agile CRM dashboard.
Once you start using Agile CRM you can easily sync your contacts from Hubspot to Agile by scheduling a sync. You have an option to choose from a range of schedule options like – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or go for an immediate sync.
As part of your contact sync, you will be able to synchronize details like the First name, Last name, Company, Website, Job, Title, Address, Email address, Phone number, Mobile number, and the Fax details. However, to ensure you successfully sync your contacts, the contact added in Hubspot needs to have an email address associated with it. Contacts that do not have an associated email id will not be synced.
To enable Data Sync follow these steps:
- Navigate to Preferences and find the Data Sync option. On the Data Sync page, the Hubspot data Sync button appears enable that.
- A pop-up window appears, prompting you to enter your User ID and API Key details
- Click Save. Saving it will allow you to configure your Sync settings by clicking on the Settings button.
- You will be asked to choose a frequency of Sync before the contacts get synced.
Once the contacts have been synced you can start viewing your synced contacts under the Contacts tab in the Agile Dashboard.
