  • New RingCentral SDK migration has been completed and now have the latest SDK in Agile.
  • Agile slogan for regular plan customer in Live Chat is removed for better customer engagement.
  • You can add a list to skip any domain's Sendgrid reputation checks
  • Slack app has been updated under the partner's section for easy integration
  • You can also test the Email Worker with live traffic.
  • The new “Email Worker” micro service is implemented in Agile
  • Now you can track your marketing goals using Google Tag Manager (GTM). Easily deploy Agile CRM code in GTM and track the goals from GTM
  • You can now have Alias domain deletion done for a specific customer in your account.
  • You can disconnect from Quickooks by using the Disconnect button. This makes QuickBooks disconnect API to de-authorize the token. Once the connection is terminated, Connect to QuickBooks widget will be visible to the user.
  • Event description can be seen in Contact/Company/Deal pages for better engagement.
  • You can add an Owner to update a Deal node.
  • GoToMeeting is a web-hosted service.
  • It is an online meeting, desktop sharing, video conferencing software that enables the user to meet with other computer users, customers, colleagues or clients via the internet.
  • Go to widgets module, select GoToMeeting under social widgets and enable it by linking with your GoToMeeting account.
